Attending the two trainings "Methodology and Instruments" and "Leadership and Team" provides an ideal basis for successful IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB4) certification. The textbook "Handbook Projectmanagement – agile, classical and hybrid", used in the training, covers all relevant topics for IPMA certification. The selection and combination of the topics in the trainings are based on IPMA® requirements.
