French Linguistics and Literature

This field of study is not only about perfect mastery of the language, but also about acquiring knowledge to analyze the language and the literature written in it. French literature studies deals with various literary texts. These are analyzed, interpreted and placed in their historical context. French Linguistics, on the other hand, studies the French language and its origins. The focus is on communication, style, and the form of the language.
