Agricultural science deals with human and animal food. It involves developing concrete solutions to produce, distribute and use food commodities. This field also includes marketing of agricultural products, nature conservation and land use planning. After graduation, one can work in research, breeding and technical consulting.

The completion of a course of study in technical sciences qualifies for professions in which new things are designed and products are further developed. At universities, approaches to research are taught, while a degree or continuing education at a university of applied sciences is more practice-oriented.&nbsp;
