To qualify for the International DAS in General Management, you should meet the following criteria:

• More than 5 years of experience in a responsible role and a university degree (or equivalent),
  or
  more than 10 years of management experience and an alternative qualification (admission sur-dossier)

• Potential to take on greater responsibilities

• Alignment with the values of Rochester-Bern: respect and fairness, trust and loyalty, curiosity and openness

• Fluent English skills and strong time management
