Das Pädagogische Hochschulinstitut NMS (vormals «IVP NMS») bildet im Zentrum von Bern (5 Min. Gehdistanz zum HB Bern) Lehrpersonen für den Kindergarten und die Primarschule (1. - 6. Klasse) aus. Wer hier studiert, schätzt unsere Institutskultur sowie die anregende Lernumgebung in überschaubaren Seminargruppen. Die Ausbildung ist umfassend, praxisnah und persönlich. Die Studiengebühren sind gleich wie an anderen Pädagogischen Hochschulen.Forschung und Entwicklung gehen bei uns Hand in Hand mit der Lehre. Beide Bereiche orientieren sich sowohl an den Bezugswissenschaften als auch an der Expertise der beruflichen Praxis.Das Institut war seit seiner Gründung im Jahr 2001 der PHBern angegliedert. Seit dem Frühjahrssemester 2023 ist das PH-Institut NMS Bern&nbsp;eigenständiges Pädagogisches Hochschulinstitut.
