Leiter/-innen im Bereich Facility Management und Maintenance (LFMM) stellen den Betrieb von Gebäuden, Anlagen und Arbeitsumgebungen sicher und unterstützen damit das Kerngeschäft von Unternehmungen.Sie erbringen Dienstleistungen rund um die Bereitstellung und Instandhaltung von Gebäuden, Einrichtungen und Anlagen über den ganzen Lebenszyklus.Zudem schaffen sie mit personenbezogenen Dienstleistungen aus dem Hospitality Management optimale Arbeitsbedingungen für die Mitarbeitenden einer Unternehmung.Bei der industriellen Maintenance (Instandhaltung) steht die maximale Verfügbarkeit von Produktionsanlagen im Vordergrund.
