Betriebsleiter/in Transport und Logistik kennen &nbsp;sämtliche Betriebszweige des Strassentransportes und führen als &nbsp;Selbstständige oder Angestellte ein Transport- oder Logistikunternehmen &nbsp;oder Teile eines solchen nach unternehmerischen Grundsätzen.&nbsp;
Der Bereich Supply Chain Management / Lieferkettenmanagement ist für &nbsp;sie ein wichtiger und elementarer Baustein. Sie übernehmen wichtige &nbsp;Aufgaben in allen Bereichen der unternehmensübergreifenden Logistik &nbsp;(Beschaffung, Produktion, Distribution, Lager, Transport und Entsorgung)
Zudem sind sie verantwortlich für die optimale Gestaltung der &nbsp;internen Prozesse. Als Führungskräfte sind sie zentrale Ansprechpersonen &nbsp;für Kunden, Mitarbeitende und Lernende. Dem Bereich Leadership kommt &nbsp;ein hoher Stellenwert im Rahmen der Gesamttätigkeit zu. &nbsp;Betriebsleiter/in Transport und Logistik müssen ihr Unternehmen und &nbsp;dessen Interessen auch gegen aussen vertreten können.
