Um für das Postgraduate Diploma in Business & Hospitality Management zugelassen zu werden, benötigen Sie entweder einen Associate Degree oder ein Äquivalent mit mindestens zwei Jahren Vollzeit-Berufserfahrung ODER einen Bachelorabschluss in einem anderen Fachbereich. Das Programm wird auf Englisch unterrichtet. Für diejenigen, die die Englischanforderungen nicht erfüllen, gibt es das Preparatory English Programme, einen intensiven Sprachkurs, der hilft, die notwendigen Englischkenntnisse zu erlangen.
Ja, das Programm beinhaltet ein sechsmonatiges Praktikum, das entweder in der Schweiz oder weltweit absolviert werden kann. Während des Praktikums werden die Studierenden von ihrem Arbeitgeber anhand festgelegter Entwicklungskriterien bewertet.
Die BHMS hat zwei Hauptcampusse in der Schweiz: einen in Luzern an der Gütschstrasse 2-6 und einen in Zürich an der Vulkanstrasse 106.
Das Postgraduate Diploma bietet eine hervorragende Grundlage für eine Karriere im Business- und Hospitality-Bereich. Es eröffnet Möglichkeiten in führenden Hotels, Restaurants und anderen Dienstleistungsbranchen weltweit und kann als Sprungbrett für weiterführende Studiengänge wie den MSc in Global Business oder International Hospitality Management dienen.
Die nächsten Starttermine für das Programm sind im Mai 2026, August 2026, November 2026 und Februar 2027.
Die Studiengebühren für das erste Jahr belaufen sich auf 29.100 CHF. Die zusätzlichen Betriebskosten betragen 2.600 CHF und die Lebenshaltungskosten belaufen sich auf 5.900 CHF für ein gemeinsames Standardzimmer und Mahlzeiten für 24 Wochen. Die Anmeldegebühr beträgt 1.000 CHF, damit ergibt sich ein Gesamtbetrag von 38.600 CHF.
