Dieser Lehrgang richtet sich insbesondere an Personen, die zu Kursbeginn mindestens 6 – 12 Monate Praxis im Zivilstandswesen, sowie praktische Kenntnisse in Infostar, haben (bitte beachten Sie die Inhaltsangaben der einzelnen Module).Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einzelne Module des Lehrgangs, zur Auffrischung oder Vertiefung zu besuchen. Teilnehmende, die den gesamten Lehrgang buchen, werden prioritär behandelt.

Higher vocational education is a further education option in vocational education and training and thus complements the universities, the universities of teacher education and the universities of applied sciences within the Swiss education system. A distinction is made between courses of study at higher vocational schools (HF), the professional examination (BP) as well as the higher professional examination (HFP). According to the federal government, higher vocational education and training is: "...competence- and labor market-oriented; it promotes application-based learning, the rapid implementation of new technical knowledge and a high rate of innovation.".
