The internationally recognised certifications in project management according to the IPMA® guidelines demonstrate mastery of the three areas of competence practices, context and people. Attending the two trainings "Methodology and Instruments" and "Leadership and Team" provides an ideal basis for successful certification according to the current IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB4). The textbook "Handbook Projectmanagement - agile, classical and hybrid", used in the training, covers all topics relevant for IPMA certification. The selection and combination of the topics in the training is based on the requirements of IPMA®.
