Der MAS Sozialmanagement richtet sich an Professionelle der Sozialen Arbeit, die sich auf die Führung von sozialen Organisationen spezialisieren wollen und dabei Wert auf eine modulare Weiterbildung legen.
Das MAS-Programm setzt sich aus dem Pflicht-CAS «Führen in Nonprofit-Organisationen» (15 ECTS-Kreditpunkte) sowie zwei Wahlpflicht-CAS (je 15 ECTS) aus den Schwerpunkten Finanzen, Organisation und Wandel sowie Personal zusammen. Mit dem Pflicht-CAS «Prozessintegration und MAS Thesis» (15 ECTS) wird das MAS-Programm abgeschlossen.
