Dabei befassen Sie sich mit Grundlagen und Instrumenten des Projektmanagements und reflektieren diese in ihrer Bedeutung für die Bildungsarbeit. Der CAS PME ist als didaktischer Doppeldecker konzipiert. Sie erfahren konzeptionelles Handeln und entwickeln Ihre Kompetenzen als Projektmanager/-innen an einem eigenen Projekt weiter.</p>
