Immobilienbewirtschafter sind ein wichtiges Glied der Wertschöpfungskette der Branche: Sie tragen dazu bei, in der Schweiz die Bausubstanz zu erhalten und die Rendite der Liegenschaften zu steigern. Der Lehrgang richtet sich an Personen, die mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche mitbringen und ihre Karriere im Bereich der Immobilienbewirtschaftung vorantreiben möchten. Die Absolventen streben eine Führungsrolle in einem Bewirtschaftungsteam an. Vermittelt wird technisches Know-how wie die Abnahme von Mietobjekten sowie kaufmännisches Wissen, etwa das Festlegen des Mietzinses und das Erstellen eines Vermarktungskonzeptes.
