<p>Mit der steigenden Zahl an Freihandelsabkommen, die die Schweiz mit verschiedenen Staaten abschliesst, erhöhen sich auch die Komplexität und die Fehlerquote im Zusammenhang mit dem präferenziellen Ursprung. Anhand von Praxisbeispielen werden Sie erkennen, dass je nach Freihandelsabkommen in der Schweiz produzierte Waren einmal als präferenzberechtigte und einmal als nicht präferenzberechtigte Ursprungswaren gelten.</p><p>In diesem Vertiefungsseminar werden mögliche Lösungsansätze und deren Umsetzung in die Praxis diskutiert.
