<h4>Berufsbild </h4><p>Gärtner/innen mit eidg. Fachausweis sind handwerkliche Führungskräfte im ausführenden Bereich eines Pflanzenproduktion- und/oder Gartenbauunternehmens. Sie sind im Betrieb nach Vorgaben des Vorgesetzten für die Vorbereitung und Organisation, die Ausführung (fachliche Leitung und Überwachung des Teams) und die Auswertung der Arbeiten zuständig. Sie wirken bei der Ausführung der Arbeiten aktiv mit und sind dabei verantwortlich, dass die Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben eingehalten werden. </p><h4>Bildungsziel </h4><p>Die zu erarbeitenden Lerninhalte sind in den Handlungskompetenzen der jeweiligen Fachrichtung beschrieben. Am Ende eines absolvierten Moduls haben die Studierenden eine definierte berufliche Kompetenz erworben, die mit einer Modulprüfung abgeschlossen wird. Die eidg. Berufsprüfung wird durch den Verband JardinSuisse durchgeführt. Die erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Module sind Voraussetzung für das Erlangen des eidgenössischen Fachausweises. Am WBZ Kanton Luzern in Sursee bieten wir folgende Fachrichtungen an: </p><ul><li>Garten- und Landschaftsbau </li><li>Produktion Diese Weiterbildungen werden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verband JardinSuisse durchgeführt.</li></ul>

<p>Higher vocational education is a further education option in vocational education and training and thus complements the universities, the universities of teacher education and the universities of applied sciences within the Swiss education system. A distinction is made between courses of study at higher vocational schools (HF), the professional examination (BP) as well as the higher professional examination (HFP). According to the federal government, higher vocational education and training is: "...competence- and labor market-oriented; it promotes application-based learning, the rapid implementation of new technical knowledge and a high rate of innovation."</p>.
