<h4>Berufsbild </h4><p>HR-Fachleute Fachrichtung A (Betriebliches HR-Management) sind je nach Unternehmensgrösse als Generalisten oder als Spezialisten in privaten oder öffentlich-rechtlichen Unternehmen tätig. Sie sind betriebswirtschaftlich kompetent, kennen die Firma, ihr spezifisches Geschäftsmodell und die Branche. HR-Fachleute leisten wichtige Beiträge zum Erreichen der strategischen und operativen Ziele des Unternehmens unter Berücksichtigung eines schonenden Ressourcenmanagements. Sie tragen mit ihrer Personalarbeit zur Wertschöpfung und zur Leistungsfähigkeit ihres Unternehmens bzw. ihrer Organisationseinheiten bei. </p><h4>Bildungsziel </h4><p>Personalarbeit findet in einem dynamischen betrieblichen Umfeld statt. Die tägliche Arbeit fordert von den Mitarbeitenden fachliche und soziale Kompetenzen. Diese werden in diesem Bildungsgang in folgenden Bereichen fundiert erweitert: </p><ul><li>HR-Management </li><li>VWL und BWL </li><li>Honorierung </li><li>Sozialversicherung </li><li>Arbeitsrecht und Sozialpartnerschaft </li><li>Internationales HR-Management</li><li>Kommunikation und Führung </li><li>Psychologie </li><li>Projekt- und Prozessmanagement</li><li>Information und Netzwerkpflege </li></ul><p>Dieser Bildungsgang ermöglicht es den Studierenden, umfassende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten zu erlangen, die von einer qualifizierten Fachkraft im betrieblichen Personalwesen verlangt werden.</p>

<p>Higher vocational education is a further education option in vocational education and training and thus complements the universities, the universities of teacher education and the universities of applied sciences within the Swiss education system. A distinction is made between courses of study at higher vocational schools (HF), the professional examination (BP) as well as the higher professional examination (HFP). According to the federal government, higher vocational education and training is: "...competence- and labor market-oriented; it promotes application-based learning, the rapid implementation of new technical knowledge and a high rate of innovation."</p>.
