La présente étude interdisciplinaire est organisée via l’utilisation de méthodes naturelles, sociales et issues des Sciences Humaines. Les thèmes traités peuvent, entre autres, être les suivants : atmosphère et climat, biodiversité, dynamique des polluants, gestion des forêts et des paysages, systèmes homme-environnement ou, concernant la gestion durable des ressources, interaction des processus naturels, sociaux, économiques et juridiques. The emphases and subject areas in environmental science majors vary depending on the school.
