Learn a user-centered way to design products and services people love. After our&nbsp;live online course&nbsp;you walk away with an array of practical tools &amp; best practices to directly apply at work.Usability goes far beyond digital products – the understanding of how to make something usable lies in the understanding of the users of that product, feature or interface. User Experience Fundamentals&nbsp;is a course meant to explain the principles of user-centered design and give you an overview of a typical design process, which starts with a problem validation and ends in an implementation. After finishing this course, you will have practical skills such as ideation methods, tips and tricks to conduct usability interviews, and familiarity with prototyping tools that you can use to create a mockup and present your ideas to others.

After our User Experience Fundamentals course, you will be able to do the following:<ul><li>Formulate a design problem</li><li>Have an understanding of a design process</li><li>Empathize with your users and conduct basic user research</li><li>Find a solution for a design problem from ideation to implementation</li><li>Have a basic understanding of usability tests, and be able to conduct one</li><li>Have a basic understanding of prototyping tools</li></ul>

Die höhere Berufsbildung ist eine Weiterbildungsmöglichkeit der Berufsbildung und damit die Ergänzung zu den Universitären Hochschulen, den Pädagogischen Hochschulen sowie den Fachhochschulen innerhalb des Schweizer Bildungssystems. Die Höhere Berufsbildung wird auch Tertiärstufe B genannt, dabei wird unterschieden zwischen Studiengängen an Höheren Fachschulen (HF), der Berufsprüfung (BP) sowie der Höheren Fachprüfung (HFP) unterschieden. Laut dem Bund ist die höhere Berufsbildung: "...kompetenz- und arbeitsmarktorientiert; gefördert werden das anwendungsbezogene Lernen, die rasche Umsetzung neuer Fachkenntnisse und ein hoher Innovationsrhythmus." Die höhere Berufsbildung richtet sich somit klar an Praktiker und Praktikerinnen, welche sich in ihrem Berufsfeld zusätzliche Kompetenzen und berufliche Qualifikationen aneignen möchten. Die Berufsprüfung wird mit einem eidgenössischen Fachausweis, die Höhere Fachprüfung mit einem eidg. Diplom ausgezeichnet.
